Every teacher at Arts Conservatory is a working artist. They direct films, exhibit paintings, perform in pit orchestras, and dance with national companies. They teach because they remember being seen by the right mentor at the right age.
Founded in 2002 by a Tony Award winner and a violinist who'd toured the world, our school exists to do one thing: take young artists seriously. From day one.
Auditions are held twice a year — January and May. Visual artists submit a portfolio of 12 works; performers prepare two contrasting pieces.
All auditions are by appointment. Bring a parent or guardian. Plan to spend three hours on campus — we want to meet the whole artist.
